“Wait, I’m holding your hand when I say this,” said one commenter. “You’re facing mid-life challenges, it’s okay not to write at this healthy time.”

There were even some who accused Julianne of “seeking attention.”

After noticing the increasing number of comments for her post, Julianne decided to deal with all the criticism that was thrown at her. He left a long comment on these eight points, explaining his actions:

“1. This black hat is a protective cover from the heat to not burn my hair. It is called a banya hat made of wool, fur or sheepskin.”

“2. Red light therapy is amazing for you and can kill two birds with one stone when you are in the sauna.”

“3. Trampoline was a new test for me today at my friends’ house – this is their practice – sauna, cold water, jumping – it’s for your lymphatic system that promotes lymphatic drainage helps protect the body from diseases and infections. Being in a bikini is the best outfit for these activities especially in this order.”

And despite the cruel comments, Julianne went on to reveal that she “has never been healthy.” She later opened up about the various health conditions and life experiences that led to her current body.

“I was full of inflammation when I was in my 20s and I had a sign for the immune system that I talked about and decided to do during the more than a year and a half ago. ‘I have never been better or happier to come out of the sadness, loss and fear is also stored in the body and we hold on to that in different ways I made it be the most important thing to accept, express, process and release many ideas over the years.”

She also said that what viewers saw in the video is her true self and a reflection of how secure she feels in her own skin. Julianne encouraged those who were not used to seeing her like that to join them, because that can make life more interesting.

Or these: “Ignore the haters!! You’ve never looked better! You’re beautiful, successful and living the best life ever!!!” “Please be kind. don’t be the reason someone doesn’t eat today. don’t be the reason someone hates their body don’t be the reason someone hates their body the person who doesn’t participate in the conversation, the reason why someone hates themselves, trust me, stays with them forever.

And I couldn’t leave this sweet feeling: “Why is it that when a woman is happy, confident and comfortable with herself, people are concerned and judge harshly?”
